KIS Time & Attendance™ is a highly configurable system that facilitates the process of scheduling, tracking, calculating and reporting employee attendance, absences, and employee entitlements.
KIS Time & Attendance™ is configured to your specific requirements from an extensive foundation of existing functionality.
An unlimited number of user definable plans are available including vacation, sick, overtime, banked, FTE, etc. and can be tracked by any number of units such as hours, days, dollars, etc. All union and collective bargaining agreement calculations can be accommodated.
Full flexibility exists in defining and maintaining separate date sensitive accrual periods such as calendar year, company fiscal year or anniversary year. A complete history is maintained for all present and past employees and is accessible through many pre-defined reports and the Report Writer.
Journal functionality allows free form notes to be added to an employee's file. Additional fields can also be added to the Journal in a simple point and click manner.
Schedule periods can be defined employee by employee or by Pay Group (which is also user definable). Schedules can be e-mailed (in PDF format) to employees and managers or exported.
Schedules automatically create daily time card details/entries (which users can override and change as required).
No employee time card information is ever summarized (into period buckets) or dropped.
All fields within KIS Time & Attendance™ are available for inclusion in reports. Calendar, fiscal, and user defined reporting periods are easily supported. A complete history is maintained for all present and past employees.
Three reporting options are available: standard reports, a grid based "point and click" style report writer, and a powerful, fully integrated custom report writer. More than 60 standard reports exist.
Reports can be printed, previewed, exported (e.g. to Microsoft Excel®) or saved in PDF format (and e-mailed to management and/or employees).
KIS Time & Attendance™'s user interface is developed to the latest Microsoft Windows® specifications and is modeled after Microsoft Office® products. The user interface stresses ease of use and user efficiency.
